• Job Details:• Control Raw Material & WIP and Finished goods inventory& costing For B/S preparation • Making estimates of new and proposed product costs • Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs ( Variance analysis) • Make VAT Monthly Report & fill withholding tax Quarterly reports and upload on tax authority site • Costing Imported shipments & Make analysis Report for (CustomClearance % & Freight % & Demurrage % Insurance ).& ( SAP) • Maintains the organization’s financial records and transactions; complete assigned dailyledger entries .& ( SAP ) • Prepare cost calculation for Each Sales order to check Profitability. • Update accounts receivables Journal entries (SAP) system on the invoice issuance date tomaintain an accurate accounts receivables system to enhance the collection • Receive expenses form, outstanding temporary petty cash, permanent custodies for all companies and review it and record it (SAP) • Coordinate with Section Heads to issue the financial statements in a timely and accuratemanner • Responsible for Inter-Company reconciliations • Responsible for E-Invoicing Tax Portal • Prepare Expected credit loss model According to IFRS (9) • Review % percentage of completion for each construction project and recognize revenue according to IFRS (15)
