• Job Details:Senior Engineer Panel Operator in Alkylation, Butamer and Selective Hydrogenation Process Units. • Prepare the unit and DCS (Distributed Control System) for initial startup. • Ensure that all pre-startup checks and inspections have been completed. • Verify that all equipment is properly set up and ready for startup and confirm that all control valves, instruments, and safety devices are in place and functioning. • Follow the step-by-step startup procedure for bringing the unit online, ensuring that each phase is carried out safely and according to the plan. • Verify that all control loops are correctly configured. • Perform loop checks to ensure proper signal flow between field devices and controllers and test control strategies to ensure they operate as intended. • Perform functional testing of all DCS components to confirm they operate according to specifications.

Panel OperatorFull Time

• Job Details:Panel Operator in Vacuum Distillation Unit and Hydrogen Production Unit. •Operate the DCS (Distributed Control System) for plant startup and shutdown operations in order to meet Company’s objectives and production targets. • Monitor and control all process parameter conditions such as flow rates, pressures, temperatures, levels to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and processes. • Communicate with field operators for parameter adjustments in field. • Report to Shift Supervisors in case of parameter abnormalities and process deviations immediately. • Takes immediate corrective actions to limit risk to personnel, plant equipment and production during emergency situations. • Prepare & Assist in preparation of necessary plant - operational reports as requested by Production Supervisor or Team Leader. • Identify and investigate the faults and inform the concerned departments, for remedial action.

Process EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervising plant operations. • Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems. • Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities. • Provide process documentation and operating instructions. • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. • Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data. • Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems. • Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
