Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.

Dairy Production & Lab Engineer

• Job Details:Manufacture of all types of cheese (light salt, feta, and Istanbul) in bulk packaging. Managing the manufacturing process to achieve the highest product quality and ensuring the implementation of the highest quality standards on the manufacturing line. Collaborating with quality and R&D engineers to achieve international quality standards. Identify CCP and OPRP points, take corrective and preventive measures, and identify the root causes of any manufacturing problem. Knowing all raw materials used in the industry and calculating the mix to comply with standard specifications and internal standards.

IPC & Lab Supervisor

• Job Details:Conduct monitoring and activation of all chemical and microbiological tests for all factory products. Ensure the infection prevention and control plan is met. Provide support to all staff in relation to infection prevention and control within the residence. Conduct routine rounds at the residence to oversee and assess compliance with standard infection prevention and control practices and any transmission-based precautions that may be in place. Identify gaps and support the implementation of actions where appropriate in collaboration with the IPC lead, residence manager and clinical care coordinator.
