• Job Details:Monitor stock levels to reduce unhealthy stock by coordinating with stakeholders, rebalancing globally or use the excess as an alternative for upcoming production. Reviewing and converting Purchase requisitions to Purchase orders on SAP, and responsible for the availability of the required components on time following up on order cycle from Order confirmation till on time delivery with suppliers. Oversee largest supplier and improved On-Time delivery score from 70% to 90% through proactive issue resolution and enhanced supplier engagement and relationship. Reporting & updating stakeholders within the organization for production risks and finding alternative solutions. Successfully prevented production impact during local raw material shortage by coordinating with different suppliers and facilitating material trade, Closely prioritizing supplier's component production and following with our production schedules and requirements. Responsible for updating the safety stock, Reorder point and Maximum stock level parameters for all hardware components noting the Lead times, transit times and safety stock value. Following up on invoices payment with all stakeholders (Supplier – Procurement – Finance). Reviewing the quality defect reports and follow up with our Quality Department on possibility of repairing, reusing and negotiating with supplier for replacements. Handled Local and Foreign suppliers in Europe and Asia. Interacting with global entities on securing allocation materials to set plants priority.

• Job Details:Primary point of contact for customers and deal with complaints & escalations directly. Facilitates customer's needs, resolve issues effectively and timely and improved customer score to 5 out of 5. Follow issues addressing root causes and implement improvement where possible. Act in line with Customer's & Company's KPI and set target. Building strong and lasting relationship with customers and followed up on their shipment's lifecycle. Display accountability for customer satisfaction by owning and managing customer facing activities.
