• Job Details:Follow up construction of Roshn SS, new Bani NaJAR 110_13.8kv Substation • Coordination and Follow up with Designer for Project Drawings • Ensure the productivity and quality is maintained • Updating and monitoring progress on weekly basis of running projects according to time schedules. • Responsible for design review and calculation of HVAC & firefighting & plumbing & OHTC & Security System from designer and subcontractors. • Coordination and composite drawings between MEP works and civil and Electrical works. • Contact with suppliers and subcontractors to get technical and financial offers • Coordinate with SEC engineers and reviewer for meetings to solve any problems in design, submittals to avoid any delay in the projects. • Follow up installation in the sites according to standard and deliver to consultant. • Coordination and Follow up with subcontractors to Update Documents for Submittals and material delivery to the site. • Coordinate with project manager for all issues (e.g., providing of approved drawings, technical documents, administration matters, Site issues …etc.) • Compile (weekly–monthly) project progress reports and dashboards to be presented to higher management.

(Chilled Water System Including Installation of Chillers, cooling towers, Boilers, HVAC Duct Works, Heat Exchangers, Fire Fighting Network Including Sprinklers & FHC and Pump Room, Drainage and Water Supply, Infra Networks). (Drainage and Water Supply Networks Including Manhole and Inspection Chamber). (Process drain HDPE Networks, Hot Water networks and Compressed Air Networks).
