• Job Details:* Monitor and authorize Clocking in and departure of Security Personnel to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises. * Receive and respond to queries & Security service requests related to the independent and permanent clients through phone lines & E-mail. * Coordinate with the operation department to provide and monitor the security service intended for the clients. * Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information. * Respond to any issues and follow up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units. * Make use of the phone and computer to direct crews and other units to the destined sites. * Make Consultation calls with our potential clients and guide them through our services for our potential clients to better know what we provide and decide if our services are the right fit. * Following up with our Permanent clients to make sure their service needs are met in a consistent manner.
