• Job Details:1- Creator and Director of Production, Follow up and Planning Sheets at the Mill. 2- Creator and Director of Production reports (BTS, Production Minutes, Production Quantity, PO close and OTP) 3- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements​. 4- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. 5- Implementing and testing of solutions​. 6- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change. 7- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements 8- Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes. 9- Utilize data visualization to build periodic reporting/dashboards to monitor operations success/onboarding metrics and KPI’s. 10- Support growth plan by creating models to assess capacity and resource needs 11- Forecast team staffing needs based on historical contact data and key milestones
