• Job Details:Responsibilities: ● Coordinate placement of new work orders with Vendors and schedules for upcoming production by studying their production capacities. ● Coordinate & monitor materials flows with both Vendor & materials suppliers to maintain production schedule. ● Monitor and manage production schedules of placed orders with Vendors to maintain On Time delivery.● Manage flow of data transferring "i.e issuance of new orders, approvals, Spec or delivery updates...etc." between Operations/ Merchandising /Tech teams and production units / Vendors, Assure being implemented correctly. ● Update operation team with shipments / delivery status, Voice out any potential delays on timely manner mentioning the root cause, impact & suggestions/solutions. ● Work with management in coordinating and planning journal production activities. ● Communicate production status to management on regular basis / through weekly reports. ● Work with Managers to coordinate, plan and delegate daily work responsibilities to production units/ Vendors ● Develop training documents, standards procedures and production guidelines for staffs & Vendors. ● Guide and supervise junior staffs when needed. ● Build positive working relationships with co-workers & Vendors to achieve productivity & On Time delivery. ● Maintain budget and financial records according to company policies. ● Stay current on company projects and branding.
