• Job Details:Quality Assurance Roles & Responsibilities: 1- Creates and develop company quality standards policies, procedure and work instruction. 2- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures. 3- Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met 4- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis. 5- Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures. 6- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures. 7- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes. 8- Review the Job description with HR and ensure of conformance the job with company procedure. 9- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits. 10- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. 11- Coordinate for external / internal audit and collect the results and summarize it. QC Roles & Responsibilities: 1- Prepare & Review ITP for the products. 2- Approve the Mechanical drawing before initiation to the production department according to customer Requirement. 3- Ensuring from Inspection all incoming Material and the component. 4- Making the Required NCR, Report to the supplier. 5- Follow up the production Process and open NCR for the production. 6- Analysis the NCR and gathering data for Each one and analysis it according to Bareto Charts. 7- Supervise the technician during the test of the Panels. HSE Roles & Responsibilities: 1- Ensure that all Employees follow the company policy which is related to Safety and Environment. 2- Create the Risk assessment to all Activates in the Factory in Office worker / out Office worker. 3- Determine the Action which is needed to retain on the Risk level in low level. 4- Prepare & follow up annual & monthly HSE Budget. 5- Support the Production/ Quality to continuously improve the HSE performance. 6- Prepare HSE documentation according to ISO 45001 & 14001. 7- Coach the Factory Workers HSE policies and procedures and to raise safety awareness. 8- Prepare and review Emergency plan for the factory 9- Prepare and review the budget for HSE and discuss it with finance dept

Deputy QA/QC Head SectorFull Time

• Job Details:the Summery of the Work in Kahromika : Now Deputy Q for 4 standards ( Iso9001/2015 , Ohsas 18001 /2007 , Iso 14001/2004 , Asme sec 9 , 2 , 5 , 4 ) from March 2014 : Aug 2014 as QA Engineer QC Engineer Response during sep 2014 :April 2016 Cp105 south Helwan and during April 2016 to March 2017 for : 1- Ensuring all inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan / Contract and that these are documented on pre-defined formats/ check sheets. Ensuring all Hold and Witness Points are adhered to and the CONTRACTOR is given sufficient notice for inspection 3- Ensuring incoming materials are inspected, as approved and stored properly as recommended 4- Ensuring all Quality requirements are understood by site personnel / workmen and subcontractors and providing training in the quality systems and skill functions necessary 5- Ensuring and coordinating for the subcontractor quality control / implementation on site 6- Ensure proper control on receipt / distribution of Contractual Documents and Drawings with assistance from Document Controller 7- Ensuring all valid documentation / contract documents are being used on site 8- Carrying out regular surveillance inspections for activities on site and that of Subcontractors 9- Monitoring Non Conformance’s and following up with site team for close out. 10- Ensuring corrective / preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non-conforms 11- Prepare where necessary, statistical data which will show quality trends
