• Job Details:Leading my team to exceed our sales target by providing the best customer experience by updating them with all the required information concerning processes and new services, responding to all the other departments’ requests (ordering stocks, handling customer complaints, handling customer requests with system errors), handling back office QOH, closing shifts by reviewing the transactions done throughout the day and prepare reports for completed sales for the whole shop and for each employee while ensuring that the correct closing information is sent to the concerned parties
