Head of Interior Design (BIM)

• Job Details:Serve as a key liaison between clients, designers, and architects to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery. Lead interior projects from concept through execution, aligning both design excellence and technical precision on-site. Work closely with BIM coordinators to develop and manage accurate and efficient project information models (PIMs). Ensure that comprehensive BIM execution plans (BEPs) are developed and maintained for each project, aligning with both client requirements and the company’s strategic goals. Spearhead the integration of BIM strategies across the design and execution phases, managing software tools and platforms to meet tight deadlines and high-quality standards. Lead the development of digital construction models, ensuring they reflect on-site progress accurately and remain aligned with actual construction phases. Responsibilities also include supporting and mentoring staff across departments by providing BIM training sessions, encouraging upskilling in industry-specific software, and ensuring access to appropriate tools and hardware. Oversee the procurement of technical resources, including high-performance workstations, to enable optimal performance. Conduct regular supply chain assessments, audit team compliance with project standards, and produce monthly BIM implementation reports for senior management. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to streamline workflows, optimize design integration, and solve technical challenges. Manage BIM-related budgets, lead task-oriented meetings to identify and address project issues, and ensure adherence to the latest industry standards.
