Sourcing suppliers and launching RFQ and negotiating with suppliers. Manage contract execution with selected suppliers. Managed all the delivery millstones of goods and services to all sites. Conduct quantity survey analysis for all purchased materials. Conducted cost analysis during and at the end of the project. Conduct subcontractors' invoices and clients' invoices. Work closely with all the company's teams.
