  • Job Details:1-Prepare the activity - related balance sheet to achieve planned goals through cooperation with the higher administrative level 2-Develop a quality plan to ensure that client's activity internal and external requirements are met 3-Review the instructions of work and inspection as well as inspection models to ensure that quality requirements are met 4-Plan, approve and review the results of the product - related tests to ensure that quality requirements are met 5-Review calibration plan, as well as control and measurement means verification to ensure that quality requirements and clients satisfaction are met 6-Review and approve the causes of internal and external clients complaints with the relevant departments to take the necessary corrective actions and follow up the degree to which such corrective actions are effective after being applied 7-Review and approve the inspection results of rejected, returned and nonconforming products and raw materials, and take the necessary corrective and protective actions to ensure that quality requirements and clients expectations are met 8-Review the results of the taken corrective and protective actions and to which degree they are effective to ensure the achievement of improvement requirements and problem solving 9-Review and approve the plan and results of warehouses regular inspection to ensure the stock quality 10-Review and approve and direct EFQM (control plan - R&R - studying Processes failure patterns analysis ... etc) to ensure that ongoing improvement requirements are met 11-Participate in and monitor the implementation of quality improvement projects to ensure that ongoing improvement process requirements are met 12-Perform any other related duties as may be assigned to them to achieve the goals
