Recruitment • Prepare annual manpower plan and its budget according to company vision and needs. • Planning and sourcing with various recruitment channel. • Implement whole recruitment processes (job posting, filtering, screening, selecting, interviewing, offering and follow up employee performance during probation period). • Conduct induction program for new hires as well. • Conduct exit interviews to highlight resignation reasons and report results to HR manager. Management • Participate in setting HR department annual budget. • Representing HR department in dealing with internal and external audit. Employee’s engagement • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention through different HR activities. • Implementation of the following visits to the company to get acquainted with EVA Cosmetics Company.
Training SpecialistFull Time
- Job Details:• Conduct Training Courses that are related to the Field Force such as Selling Skills and Soft Skills for the newly hired and experienced Medical Representatives within budget limitations. • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses for the assigned Medical Representatives to design Training Needs and conduct Refreshment training. • Design, organize and conduct a coaching plan that would target improving the performance level List. • Monitor employee performance and response to training through measuring training effectiveness during Coaching Field Visits. • Coordinate with the District Sales Managers in assessing and evaluating the performance level of the Medical Representatives. • Follow up with District Sales Managers to continue improving the performance of the Medical Representatives according to the coaching plan. • Create an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training. • Ensure that SalesForce Training Waves are conducted according to Policies, Procedures, Standards, and Values. • Regular reporting per visit to the upper management regarding the progress of the Medical Representatives. • Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations). • Maintain updated curriculum database, training record, training material and suggest improvements. • Undertake any training and professional development as and when required.
District Sales ManagerFull Time
- Job Details:- Establish, maintain and manage a District of up to 6 sales representatives in Cairo Center, Ismailia and Suez. - Coach Sales Representatives and maintain updated training regarding GLOBE products with Pedia, IM and Ortho Specialties. - Complete Field Coaching Reports at the conclusion of field visits with Sales Representatives. - Lead Sales Team by recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments, inspire team members to achieve peak performance; keep team focused on maximizing sales goals. - Monitor call reports, time records and work ethic, recognize and take timely and appropriate action with marginal and poor performers. - Use annual Performance Appraisals to encourage excellence and objectively evaluate performance; Regularly conduct goal-setting and performance development meetings; Develop and implement strategies that create new business and build key accounts.
