• Job Details:• East Port Said Development (EP) is the developer and promoter for the new smart industrial zone in East Port Said Special Economic Zone. - Implement overall electrical networks as per following: - Medium Voltage Network. - Street Lighting Network. - Earthing Network. - Control Network. - Telecom\CCTV Networks. - Fire Alarm Network. - Duct Banks. - Electrical Buildings. - Support review of all designs prepared by AAW Consulting Engineers (Dr. Ahmed Abdelwarth) to verify the accuracy of design drawings and their compliance to technical specifications and existing local authority standard. - Prepare copy of engineering studies, analysis and electrical drawings and sent documents to governmental facilities to obtain technical approvals. - Prepare final BOQ and forward bidding documents to contractors to provide pricing for the project. Review technical and financial offers, evaluate contractor bids and oversee construction progress and scheduling. - Participate in Kick-Off meetings of the projects and hand the contract documents over to project manager and execution team. - Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to consultant for discussion and proper solutions. - Attend FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) to verify that system works according to the specifications set out by the consultant and to the product-specific protocols in the final installation. - Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the electrical equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements. - Follow up with contractor to update design drawings base on testing results and coordinate the review efforts of resulting as-built drawings. - Make sure that contractor provide necessary lists of spare parts to ensure proper operation for a reasonable period depending on the nature of the project.

• Job Details:• Product: Pipes, hot induction bends and steel structure for oil and gas markets. - Lead and supervise a team of engineering disciplines staff and contractor to monitor 22KV main station and substations including 22/0.4KV 2.5MVA transformers and 0.4KV 750KVA generator. - Direct and oversee manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and design requirements. - Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects. - Prepare requirements and plan for new projects, co-operate with vendor to confirm and approve LV and MV switchgears drawings, attend FAT and review AS-Build drawings. - Follow up installing low voltage and medium voltage switchgears at site and review protection relays settings for circuit breakers, overloads relay and SEPAM. - Inspect and assess potential problems. Recommend changes or upgrades to existing electrical systems to increase productivity and functionality. - Perform regular tests for new and existing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality. - Monitor construction, maintenance and shutdown activities to ensure that it conforms to MWI and safety instructions. - Monitor spare parts stock via SAP, create purchase requisition (PR) for low stock and raise it up to purchasing team to keep productivity level as per request. - Implement improvement strategy requested by CEO by replacing old or faulty electrical components or fittings for existing electrical system. - Create work and “Know How” instructions to ensure that electrical equipment operated as close as vendor data sheets.

Senior Electrical EngineerPart Time

• Job Details:• Product: Natural Gas. - Purpose of survey is to reactivate the old installations that was delivering natural gas from Al-Arish (northeast of Sinai on the Mediterranean coast) to Ashqelon under Nobel Energy (ne), Kinetics Technology (KT) and East Gas Company supervision. - Provide temporary safe power supply to light up field and offices, complete survey, and finalize electrical tests and measurements. - Visual check and test for electrical equipment at substation including transformers ABB 2* 2.5MVA 22/0.4kv, power distribution boards and 2.6MVA 400V diesel generator. - Electrical survey and measurements for electrical equipment at field including lighting and power system, earthing system, power cables, electrical motors and catholic protection. - Review and analyze complex statements and requirements depending on electrical equipment tests results and visual status. - Create final report including tests results, snag-list and recommendations.
