• Job Details:• Supervising and leading 4 Warehouse coordinators, 4 senior operators and 35 Technicians, operators and helpers • Participating in the selection, training, supervision and evaluation of staff members. • Supervising the preparation of reports and statistics for the department on matters related to the inventory movements, values and sufficiency. • Preparing daily, monthly and quarter reports about all warehouse activities to management. • Overseeing the storage condition for every product in the warehouse and determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities. • Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of Stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. • Following-Up consumptions of materials and products in warehouses. • Examining and inspecting stock items for defects, reporting any damage To Quality Control (QC) lab to take the actions. • Abiding by Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) instructions and regulations in my scope of work.. • Analysing back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the operation in multicolour centre • Applying lean techniques i.e. Speedy Kaizen, SIPOC. SMED, Process mapping, cause and effect diagram plus 5S techniques. • Super-user for IFS (ERP - System) and trainer for new users. • Daily follow up of the customer satisfaction through following up the daily OTIF. • Managing multi-colour team and being responsible for multicolour capacity planning (RCCP) • Creating and reporting all warehouse and multicolour KPIs. • Improving the service level and Implement SLA with CSD and sales (Capacity planning) • Minimizing returns due to colour variation resulting from the multicolour operations.
