Network Operation Center EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Monitoring, Reporting and Troubleshooting of TE Data Network including its Routers, Switches, DSLAMs, local and international links (E1, E3, STM1, STM4, and STM16). - Working on IP/MPLS Network, L2 and L3 VPN , and Traffic Engineering - Troubleshooting of Layer 2 & Layer 3 Protocols OSPF, RIP, BGP, ATM, Frame Relay, and HDLC. - Working on various types of DSLAMs like Alcatel ISAM & ASAM, Huawei ATM & IP DSLAMs. - Dealing with Multi Vendors like (Cisco [ASR1002,ASR1004,7206 VXR ,7609 ,9K,10K,12K,CRS], Juniper[MX104. m7i, m10i, MX480; Mx960; M320 and T1600]. - Configure DSLAMs Cards (ADSL and Uplink) for Alcatel ISAM, Huawei ATM & IP DSLAMs . - Working, Configuring and Troubleshooting on (MSAN) Cabinets for ZTE, Ericsson and Huawei. - Monitoring and troubleshooting the main network of TE-Data (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, ZTE, Nokia Siemens and Huawei products). - Monitoring TE Data Network through available tools (Whats-up, NNM. T2000 and MRTG). - Monitor Network Utilization and Performance. - Handle Trouble Tickets sent from Support through (TTS) that contains ADSL problems like ( unable to obtain IP, Slowness, Browsing Problem , and IP conflict ,..). - Working on many network solutions like FTTH, GPON Networks related ONT with multiple vendors [ZTE, Ericsson and Huawei.]

Network Operation and Field Engineer.Full Time

• Job Details:- Checking Customers Problems from both sides Network + Physical (L3, L2, and L1). - Responsible for Configuration, Monitoring and troubleshooting the network at LDN. - Dealing with Multi Vendors like (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, ..). - Ability to work with various types or Cisco and Juniper routers and switches with various platforms - Ability to work with various types of DSLAMs (Alcatel, MALC, ZMS, ..) - Troubleshooting and Provisioning ADSL users reported by CRM and Tracer Data Base. - Supporting the installation & troubleshooting of DSL, Performing first level provisioning for all services. - Performing first level troubleshooting for all services. - Responsible for maintaining the Operation of Core Network, maintaining the connectivity of all POPs. - Using LDAP & understanding “PPP, PPPoE and RADIUS Protocols for Authentications Cycle”. - All Physical Layer Trouble Shooting End-to-Ends for DSL services. - Ability to Work with MRTG, Network Analyzer & AWS - Sun Solaris Microsystems Program- as checking tools for the line parameters.

ADSL Technical Support.Full Time

• Job Details:- Handle all ADSL issues (Slowness , No browsing, Authentication, ..). - Troubleshooting all Authentication problems related to Routers. - Configure all types of ADSL routers. - Configure dynamic and static IPs (1IP, 8IPs, 16IPs) with IPoA or IPoE. - Handle any Computer Troubleshooting issue. - Handle all physical problems in ADSL lines like line down and line unstable. - Availability to detect the specific portion that causes customer problems.
