Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Leading a recruitment team of 5 recruitment professionals serving all Egypt’s provinces and Cities.
- Building a strong relationship with the internal department managers and external recruitment agencies.
- Conducting the recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers while managing a high volume of open requisitions.
- Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle from A to Z, sourcing, screening CVs, interviews, and offers.
- Advertise approved positions via available recruiting channels based on the requested criteria.
- Sourcing and attracting the perfect caliber candidates that match the business culture and objectives.
- Analyzing, measuring and developing recruitment sources and channels to take the needed corrective actions.
- Acting as the first contact person for the recruitment channels and recruitment agencies.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure performance and quality standards are exceeded.
- Steering the annual performance appraisal of all recruiters based on business objectives and SMART KPIs.
- Support the HR manager with recruitment reports, problems and suggestions.

OD Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and update job descriptions for all positions related to the organization chart.
- Gathering training need analysis (TNA) reports from the HR team and reporting the results to the training team to design the proper training programs.
- Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments in coordination with managers.
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing the reasons for leaving to increase employees’ retention.
- Supporting HR Manager with the turnover analysis and suggestions to reduce the turnover ratio.
