- Administer recruitment budget and monitor expenditure and ensure compliance and report to the Manager of Human Resources.

- Design and update job description for all positions related to organization chart with direct and indirect methods.
- Preparing offer letters and contracts for the newcomers.
- Perform reference and background checks on applicants and conduct orientation sessions.
- Responsible for preparing training need analysis (TNA) for our employees and reporting the results to the Training team to design the proper training programs.
- Develop organization chart, values, employees attitudes and culture aligned with organization's vision, mission and strategy.
- Develop Key performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments in coordination with managers.
