Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Leading OPPO Egypt recruitment team within 5 branches in different governorates.
- Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, sourcing, screening CVs, interviews, and offers.

Major Achievements:
- Participated in handling contracts, social insurance issues & employees’ database and filing for 1500+.
- Determined 50 JD for all departments related to organization's structure with direct and indirect methods.
- Increased OPPO's Head Count by 35% as per manpower plan in 2016, with a minimized turnover from 9% to 4%.
- Started OPPO's new office at Upper-Egypt and recruited the first staff for all departments.
- Developed new recruitment sources to support the ongoing demands of the manpower.
- Established an effective recruitment database for both Blue & White collars.
