12. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
13. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
14. Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees. Develops and maintains instructional programs.
15. Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
16. Evaluate staff performance and match the results with Compensation, Annual increase and bones system.
