- Job Details:Coordinate with Rome Site Personnel Management and Midor Site Administration - Recruiting activities through several channels (Job Portal, Linkdin) and Agencies whenever - Create required Job Descriptions - Looking for critical profiles after approval of HO responsible. - Focal point to receive all curricula of Egyptian specialists. - Resumes pre-screening and check availability of candidates. - Organize technical interview jointly with discipline manager. - Keep record of all resumes received. - Coordinate with Rome HO for issuing of personal details of selected candidates - Follow up the Hiring process of the Special needs required to be hired by the Egyptian Law (Searching- selecting- communicate with them for the required documents and the contract draft etc….) - Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings - Create & Update the Overall Barchart / Mobilization sheet - Create & Update the Organization chart - Oversee HR-related administrative duties and ensure they are compliant both with existing legal, labour and social insurance laws and international standard applicable by lenders (especial for social issues). - Support and supervise the Timekeeper to ensure that the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on timely basis ensuring completeness and accurate documentation (vacation request, leave permission, timesheet). - Focal point between management and employees to handle questions or resolve HR work-related problems - Management of the relation with HR and payroll consultant. - Responsible to send any official communication related to Local personnel from HR side - Prepare the Site Regulations and the Disciplinary Sanctions in coordination with the management and our legal advisor and distribute it to the employees. - Reply to site manager and administration regarding HR / law inquiries - Create a main HR Database which includes all information of the employees (badge number, Name, Job position, Department, Addresses…etc) to support site management - In addition to the main tasks of my role, I support the Administration department in all paper that involves HR topics and need to be explained to employees for their approval (signature of overtime receipt – family status addendum. Etc) SOCIAL ACTIVITIES Main duties: - Actively participate in meetings and conference calls related to HR activities with different parties involved (EPC Contractor, Subcontractors, Owner, PMC and Lenders) - Representing Technip position from HR side - Implementation of HR procedure in relation to the actions deriving from it and from related KPIs - Interact with the Nominated Subcontractors (HR representatives) and ensure they timely implement action plan in relation to HR activities - Be actively involved in conducting internal audit to the Nominated Subcontractors - follow any other additional activities required - Follow up the grievance’s mechanism; collect, record and resolve grievances or suggestions, concerns or questions raised by stakeholders of the Project including Contractor and Subcontractor workers. The grievance mechanism and the social toolbox giving me the possibility to interact with the employees and understand different level of complains and find an appropriate solution - Support in collecting relevant social and HR data for Lenders Audit visits
