• Job Details:Review installment files as follow: -matching credit approval with customer down payment-signed chq -review customer checks and be sure that customer sign is correct -analysis customer down payment on AS400 accounting system -analysis credit sales on AS400 -Send an analysis of the trial balance balances on a regular basis to the accounts department operations -Send daily reports such as: collection agents report, installment- inventory& checks under collection -Proof of cash and installment sales to record customer -Prove the movement of customers on a record collection -Review of cash sales -Review the files of the installment sales with the report of credit management -Adoption under the Treasury on a daily basis -Review the movement of Treasury -Prove the journal entries, such as restrictions in the movement of Treasury sales restrictions and payment of settlement checks Prepare a statement concerning personnel of the branch advances -Prepare a statement that the monthly premium deducted from colleagues -Entirely responsible for the warranty papers installment transactions -Entering all branch transactions on AS400 accounting program
