- Conduction Feedback sessions for both external and internal candidates.
- Manage and follow candidate process in phone calls, sending meeting invitations ,SLA of feedbacks.
- Act as the COPC - Customer Operations Performance Center – Point of Contact and ensure the process efficiency by governing the “On time” and “Quality of Hire” targets, conducting analysis and providing recommendations; such as attrition analysis during probation period.
- Profiling and ongoing analysis on existing headcount and new launched businesses.
- Embed new initiatives and strive for continuous improvement in the existing resourcing processes and systems quality.
– Set and implement Resourcing dashboard/reports to help improve quality.
