• Job Details:Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and inquiries from DNP branches. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues for the branches such as system, software, hardware, network, products related, offers/discount related, e-commerce, vouchers/coupons and transaction related etc. through the phone, email, WhatsApp and ensuring timely follow up until resolve. POS and back-office configuration for new stores opening and testing all functions working before send. Responsible for purchase orders, creating the new items in item card, categories and pricing the items for the branches and e-commerce. Responsible for setup the offers and promotion updating, company diet packages replicating to the stores and the e-commerce website. Object updates in Dynamics NAV development environment. Posting statements and clearing waiting ICT requests. Managing the team and responsible for product for product dimension, picture updating, inventory control, product language translation and weekly collecting customers database backup from consultation systems for all regions.
