I own the case cst call for, and I follow up until all his problems are solved, I communicate with other department if needed , listening carefully and reply with confidence, the best of the story was our supervisor “Tamer Samy” who too friendly helped me to achieve my kpis ( Average call time, quality adherence, conformance. Finally It was an excellent experience to understand the idea of customer satisfaction to grow any business and to make work easy and enjoy all working hours.
