Maximized the contracting spend by value to 86% & by number of items to 77% by the end of FY'2024. Leading strategic sourcing program, to mitigate the risks of single source vendors, maximizing cost reduction opportunities, mitigate vendor geographical risk, and resulted in developing 34 new suppliers, covering 210M AED of annual spend. Augmented the credit payment facility, where 92% of all procurement volume in FY'2024 was paid with credit terms of 60-90 days. Created a vendor performance evaluation system, and established vendor management process across a comprehensive vendor life cycle, which resulted in maintaining 80% of strategic spend under vendors rated above 85% of performance evaluation score. Re-classification of 50,000 SKU's with advanced segmentation of 'ABC, XYZ' to re-design the MRP parameters including a combination of historical consumption & future demand and re-calculate more dynamic safety stock levels, re-order points, min. & max. stock levels. Reduced the overall inventory level by 31% within 12 months by optimizing stock coverage profile across multiple commodities, without compromising service levels or production continuity. Reduced the excess & obsolete inventory to be 1.5% from the total inventory value, by the end of FY'2024. Leading the implementation of RPA solutions & 'e-procurement' platform which is a fully automated platform covering the end-end S2P 'source to pay' procurement process. Introduced a performance-based culture in the department, and designed the KPI’s and implementing it for all functions and achieve an overall 95% score by the end of FY'2024. Leading business process optimization for material planning, and identified the gaps and redesigned procurement processes to maximize the operational efficiency. Recruit, build and develop a professional team of supply chain professionals to achieve the overall strategic organization objectives.

Procurement Manager

• Job Details:Leading a team of professional buyers & managing all procurement & logistic activities of all raw materials, spare parts, production consumables, machines, production lines, and maintenance services with overall annual spend of 2.1 billion SAR. Reviewed existing systems & procedures and implemented change management tactics and designed internal controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas for achieving higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost reduction. Implemented key procurement strategies, ensuring that these strategies are aligned with the organizational objectives & attributes. Built the procurement resilience to mitigate the supply risks and improve the agility to secure better business opportunities.
