• Job Details:Job description: Member in the project management team of MEP assigned from SBG as EM site manager. Resp. for supervise Electrical, low current subcontractors & supplier including technical issues & executed work , involved in mechanical , civil activities that inconsistent or interfere with the EM work Resp. for all EM works on AJYAD Bridges and ramps / IBRAHIM Khalil Bridges and ramps / Road adjust KUDI station / QASHASHAIA tunnel / zone 16, 17 on service building. Technical activities: - Study the design drawings and shop drawings according to specifications - Making material take off. - Preparing long lead \ short lead items. - Preparing time schedules & constrains will effect on the progress. - Making MIR material inspection requests & material submittals - Making Material site requests & follow purchasing orders till delivered - Making proposals if it is need. - Monitoring & control activities. Executed work: from construction to testing, commissioning & handling over. Installation of Earthing system, Frist fixes & imbedded work, cabling, termination for Power: (switch gears – transformers – Generators - MDBs), lighting system (indoor/streets), lighting protection sys, UPS Low current: Fire Alarm, Data/Telephone, Security & Access Control, CCTV, Public Address System, ITS (intelligent transportation sys), Tetra sys, parking control system, PIDS system (passenger information sys) Mechanical: drainage sys – firefighting sys (over bridges & ramps) Civil: manholes – duct bank – concrete encasement – pole foundation – draw pits (cast in site / precast) Job description: Worked on QA/QC department, as a QC inspector from construction phase till testing & commissioning phase for Electrical & Low current work Using Saudi ARAMCO Engineering Standards. Resp. for zone2 (12 block / 205 villa) / Resp. for zone 1 (5 block / 72 villa) Resp. for the international school Member in commissioning team (May 2012- March 2013) - Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections according (ITP) - Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors - Ensure that all inspection reports are up to date and that all attached - documents are current status - Generate Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notices for Hold, Witness and Inspection points. - Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the Project Quality Program. - Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation External work: All infrastructures of HV & fiber optics network Transformers, MDPs, Disconnecting Switches Exterior lighting system (street lighting sys - polar lighting sys) CCTV Internal work: LV network – Earthing sys - interior lighting sys – data telephone sys – wireless sys – digital addressable fire sys- UPS - access control systems - barking system , also civil & mechanical fitting of Electrical, Communication Rooms The interface between the fire alarm sys & HVAC unite (interlock function) Duty on commissioning team: Handles testing of MV/LV switchboards including the apparatus e.g. circuit breaker, disconnecting switches, earthing switches. The protection devices such as earth fault detection, etc. and measurement devices Handles testing of DC power supply sys & UPS system including the batteries, the UPS units and switchboards, loop test to control and supervise the computerized system, fault recorder, etc. Perform scheme test or functional test, testing of inter‐trip panel and tripping matrix and monitor testing of mechanical and electrical interlocking schemes (Fluke test – OTDR TEST for fiber optics – Continuity test – Fire alarm test – interlock test of HVAC)
