Cambridge International College tends to serve the college members in the Middle East and the Gulf area as follows: due to the fact that most of the members do not possess a good knowledge of the spoken and the written English, the College offered opportunities to do MA research and Diplomas in Arabic.
As a trainer of Business English as well as Business Administration subjects, my duties involve helping the students studying in English meet the requirements of the College for passing the exams. We do help them write effective business letters, memos, contracts, offers, reports and purchasing orders, ads whether in newspapers or on internet websites. This in addition to helping them know the basics of HR management, Business Economics, Managerial Economics, Organizational Behavior, Sales and Marketing, International trade, Leadership and PR.
My duties also involve translating the College books and exams into Arabic. Then, after finishing the exams and dissertations in Arabic, another task starts which is the translation of those answers and dissertations into English before sending them to the College for assessment.

my job requirements are to implement a successful atmosphere of cooperative learning between the students and their teacher where the learners' objectives of language learning are a priority. This is in addition to developing the curriculum of the primary stage, teaching classes in the primary and the prep stage, serving as a career advisor for high school students – the secondary stage, constructing various worksheets for different primary and prep stages and attending several monthly meetings and workshops. Part of my work is to publish an annual magazine reflecting the level of critical thinking the students have reached and to participate in the school thematic annual show. This is besides the following innovative steps:

- Increase school's positive reputation and popularity by taking the initiative to create an innovative creative writing program that reflects the hard work exerted by the staff and the students as well.

- Conduct independent research to develop a reliable method of evaluation of students' performance levels in order to adapt effective teaching strategies that meet the needs and the interests of the students.

- Coordinate and teach a creative grammar component for an English course, thus enhancing the learning experience and increasing the students' interest in the core material.

- Work closely with graphic designers to for marketing the materials written and published by the school.

- Applying research on instructed SLA to CALL with the following computer-assisted activities.

• Participants are learners working together through oral language or through written conversations taking place in computer-mediated communication; these conversations among the learners comprise the discourse intended for language learning. A different type of interaction takes place when the computer acts as a participant while one or more learners work interactively with a computer program.

• For one hour each Friday, class was held in the microcomputer center of the school library. Before coming to the computer lab, students were assigned to read a particular English short story which was to serve as the topic for the computer-assisted classroom discussion. When the students arrived at the computer lab, they logged in and received a message from the instructor including three or four questions which the instructor had selected to probe their comprehension of the story or to open discussion of topics raised in the story. After receiving the instructor's message, students were able to enter the electronic discussion by typing their comments at their computers. When an individual student had completed a message and was satisfied with it, he or she would send it to the rest of the class. Others would be doing the same thing, each at his or her own pace. The result is a written conversation with contributions from all or many of the members of the class.
