• Trace both the shipment and the shipping documents arrival to bank in order do necessary corporate steps and avoid demurrage
• Coordinate between financial dept. & Customs clearance responsible till goods are released from Port
• Keep always a hard copy of all shipping documents for each shipment (Invoice, packing List, weight List, Bill of lading, Certificate of Origin, EURO1 and all other corporate documents specially Customs Duties Clearance Certificate )
C) SALES / MARKETING TASKS
• Search the web and /or directories for potential clients and start contacting them to introduce our activities.
• Prepare Registration Letters for Vendors List approval and attach the necessary evidencing documents like Tax Card copy, Brochures … etc.
• Follow up orders with clients either running, under issuance or under study.
• When orders to clients are executed, follow up the payment cheques to be collected.
• Pay visits to clients when necessary
