Organization development:

•Participate in the development policies, procedures, systems, and guidelines relating to HR management
•Participate in developing the company org. chart and find out the organization chart for our new factory.

•Conduct interviews for (blue and white collars), select the highly qualified ones for the technical interview.
•Prepare job offers based on company’s salary scale and discuss it with the finally selected candidates.
•Prepare and Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
•Following the new comer's probation period.

Performance Management:

•Participate in creating the performance Management system and determine the factors of evaluation.
•Manage the Performance Management cycle & provide recommendations for improvement.
•Develop & align performance management program with key organizational goals.

Training & Development:

•Direct the training needs assessment for staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
•Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness in order to perform the suitable future actions.
•Search, Select and assign instructors to conduct trainings.
•Monitor training costs to ensure compatibility with the settled budget.
•Maintain training providers & free-lancers database in order to help us accomplishing our training needs.
•Prepare reports on training delivery, effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of these training.
•Develop good network with universities for Internship & Graduate Development Program.

HR Operations:

•Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
•Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
Implement the employment procedure in relation to the hiring and resignation/termination process, to ensure full compliance with the labor law and organization’s policies and procedures;
•Supervise the completion of an update of the periodical governmental forms required by the Insurance, Labor and industrial security Offices;
•Supervise the implementation process of the Time and Attendance policy and procedures.
•Monitor staff annual and sick leave balances to maintain the full compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
•Assist in handling the internal investigations with employees to implement the proper disciplinary actions in accordance with the labor law and internal policies and procedures when needed.
•Timely preparation of contracts/renewal of contracts for full time, part time,
