- Job Details:1) Recruitment: • Responsible for preparing yearly recruitment plan for the 3 factories of Cellopack • Responsible for the whole recruitment and selection process (Blue and White Collars) for the whole organization (all different levels). • Responsible for creating and updated job descriptions. • Posting job vacancies in different recruitment sources and social media & headhunting candidates. • Conduct the HR Interviews and select the most qualified candidates depend on the job requirements (Experience and fitting environment). • Creating some tests for the applicant. • Prepare the offer letter with the managing director for the selected candidate and I have the space to make some negotiations. • Handling the facilitates new hires with different departments by giving order to prepare office, laptop, mobile number and transportation. • Sending thank you mail for the rejected candidates. • Responsible for the orientation for the newly hired employee. • Responsible for the employee appraisal after 3-month probation period. • Conduct the Exit Interviews and trying to negotiate with the employee for not leaving. • Create all the recruitment forms. • Handling the company’s employment fairs. 2) Training: • Preparing a yearly Training plan for the whole organization and handling the training process. • Coordinate training sessions, seminars and team building events. • Handling the process for Internal and External trainings for all employees and its forms. • Creating a database for every employee with all trainings taken in the organization from his hiring date till resignation. 3) Organizational Development: • Established and updating the organizational Chart for the 3 factories of Cellopack. • Update and add new sections to the company policies and procedures. • Making suggestions for new benefits for the employees. 4) Performance Management: • Implementing the yearly Performance appraisal for employees for the 3 factories of Cellopack (White and blue collars). • Handling with the managing director the employee’s KPI. • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees. • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. 5) Personnel: • Supervising records, tracks and monitors employees’ daily attendance according to policies to ensure accurate payroll administration. • Revise the Calculations of employees’ vacations and permissions to ensure compliance to laws and internal regulations. • Revising the employee’s Sick leaves & Causal Leaves. • Taking decision in some issues regarding the employee.
