• Job Details:Lead the upgrades of the HRIS system. Ensure HR data integrity by regularly auditing and validating HR records and reports. Provide system support and troubleshooting for HR users across departments. Analyze and generate reports from the HRIS system to support decision-making and strategic planning. Develop and maintain HRIS-related procedures and best practices. Collaborate with IT to integrate HRIS with other enterprise systems, such as payroll and timekeeping systems. Maintain and configure HRIS modules to support the plant’s HR processes. Provide training to HR staff and end-users on system features and updates. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies related to HR data. Stay updated on HRIS trends and emerging technologies to propose improvements.
