HR Operations Specialist Full Time
- Job Details: Handle all employees (new comers or current employees) and finalize all personnel related issues (contracts, contracts renewal, resignation documents). Issue the monthly payroll and anything related the salaries and the statement for each Employee. Handle all related matters to the employees Execute the requirements from the other departments, Handle all requirements of all employees. Prepare the forms 1 and forms 6 to send it to social insurance office. Update employees files to document personnel actions . Notify our employees if any documents are missing (hire documents, medical checkup, penalties, and renewals contracts. Prepare job offers for new candidates and contact them to get (hiring documents offers benefits). Keeps employees vacation requests and follows-up on their vacation balance , preparing the monthly report (absence and vacation records) Revise all contracts renewals for all Employees. Make the attendance reports . Issue HR and warning letters for the employees. • Handle all the medical issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds.) Freezing the salaries for our employees until they finalize their pending issues. Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities to ensure the recruitment & hiring process is in line with the manpower plan & company budget. Maintain all personnel actions on HRIS ( SAP )
HR Coordinator Full Time
- Job Details: Assist in Issuing the monthly payroll by perpering the changes sheets . Maintains employees files and ensures the availability of all the necessary documents as per Labor Law Requirements. Coordinates and arranges the medical checks for the newly hired employees, ensures receipt of their medical results prior to proceeding with their on-boarding procedures. Prepare contracts for the newly hired employees and provides them with the on-boarding documents and credentials list. Keeps employees vacation requests and follows-up on their vacation balance , preparing the monthly report (absence and vacation records) Updates & maintains employees database. Handles all employee termination procedures and ensures all company and employees rights are well preserved. Updates the employees data regarding the Medical and Life Insurance programs and informs the Insurance Company with the employees updated status. Handle all the medical issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds.) Assist in Issuing the monthly payroll by perpering the changes sheets .
