 Design and implanting ITS Global Delivery Center Infrastructure
 Analysis and recommend infrastructure solution

Implementation of global operation processes and guidelines including documentation

 Coordinate Facility Operations and create facility capacity plans
 Oversee day-to-day Data Center Operations
 Assess and report on power, space and cooling usage
 Manage the resolution of facility-related technical issues
 Coordinate work with other departments as required
 Implement business procedures and processes
 Preserve facility assets
 Manage and Enforce Change Management Process
Responsible on organization equipment security (Pass Gate, ensure appropriate control being taken for sending
equipment to maintenance) Organizes, priorities, and directs departmental facility maintenance and repair activities;
conducts inspections of departmental facilities; creates and implements long-term departmental capital project plans;
and manages the repair and replacement of office furniture and equipment.
 Supervising the maintenance department (handling all the electrical, plumbing, planting, security, furniture issues…ect.)
 Negotiate the best deals with outside contractors and suppliers.
 Acts as departmental safety officer.
 Acts as department emergency preparedness coordinator; creates, implements, and monitors department emergency
action plans and policies; consults and coordinates with Office of Emergency Services to maintain current emergency
readiness; coordinates emergency response training; and conducts emergency drills.
 Handling all the facilities, the equipment and the catering needed. Estimating the consumption during the year to help
the purchasing Department in making the Purchase orders of the year.
