• Revise monthly the head count requested for different projects according to running execution works to ensure the optimum utilization of company head count resources as long as Revise monthly the utilities and machine list requested for projects and update it if needed according to project execution status
• Responsible for overall profitability ratios for assigned business unit in side Ashgar Darna complex and outside Ashgar Darna assigned projects
*Responsible of setting budgets and follow up the Project cash flow
• Creates executions rate projections plan and sets objectives for assigned projects
•Coordinates project management with field engineering, customer support, sales and marketing •Develops and executes full strategic Engineering plans and programs for assigned projects

• Reviewing and approval of all foreign or local purchase orders issued for plan material and miscellaneous .items according to company approved supplier list as long as the follow up for the delivery schedule of different shipment(sea/Air) and the customs release and all MOH requirement needed to release different shipment through MOH inspectors
• Reviewing and approve yearly and monthly material and production plans and set the material and operation
• Act as a key person in the coordination between Chemipharm factory and different distributors.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales DPT to fulfill all sales requirements according to approved MRP and any sudden demands
• Supervise warehouse DPT to ensure the implementation of different approved procedure and SOP with different receiving
and dispatching approved cycles as long as supervising yearly cycle count committee.
• Regular meeting with executive director around fiscal planning
• member of company director meeting to follow up the status of company new registered products and all issues related to launching of new products
• Set the milestones plan for starting production of new MOH registered products and personal close follow-up on its implementation
