- Job Details:Duties & responsibilities: Lead setting the annual HR budget & manpower plan in alignment with annual objectives plans. • Act as a singlepoint of communication for all all organizational levels in open & honest manner. • Develop and implement HR programs and practices consistent with HR strategy and assess their effectiveness. • In alignment with Talent Acquisition COE get the right staff for the company that are qualified with the concerned competencies (CBI, STAR, etc. methods) needed to achieve the strategic goals of the company. • Attract employment with the latest techniques and methods of employment in accordance with the regional and international best practices and experiences. • Manage the resurging and set recruitment plan to provide support to managers in the recruitment of all staff levels in current operation and future strategically expansion activities and ensures all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements. • Follow up hiring and selection, new employees' orientation and induction training and determines employee classifications. • Evaluates selection processes including interviews and psychometric tests, if applicable, as well as personality questionnaires. • In coordination & alignment with Compnesation & Benefits COE and Leadership update & implement Compensation and Benefits systems. • Assists line managers with employee reviews and performance appraisals, monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and KPI's implementation followed up by the team. • Develop training and development programs to the organization aligning with the organization strategy. • Follow up new hires and terminations process & paperwork, employment certificate / income certificate / service certificate upon request and follow up and ensure that all issues related to medical insurance are accomplished properly with no delays or errors • Administer salary increases, promotions, transfer, payroll processing, and other benefits to ensure correctness, timely processing and compliance with applicable laws & PP. • Responsible for annual salary review process, benefits and incentive packages in order to build competitive salary scale in the market • Administer discipline and related dismissal procedures and participates in completion of terminations and exit interviews and prepare various forms, reports, personnel files, statistical reports, survey information like questionnaires and reports of research results. • Ensure that all employees data is up-to-date and all HR Processes comply with Labor law and all employees files & records are updated and complete. • Administer employees work attendance and monitor their punctuality and follow-up the payroll process in coordination with the Finance Department. Organization Development duties & responsibilities: • Prepare and review policies and procedures for all departments in line with department managers and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness. • Update and design all company's department's organization structure and charts in line with department heads. Also set the organization communication programs and manage it to ensure effective communication and retention purpose are met. • Assess and evaluate company organization behavior to take the initiatives to design and develop programs for effective and fruitful organization behavior and communication and set and manage the motivation system to ensure effective work operations. • Develop each position key performance indicators, objectives, matrix of • Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts. • Assists with planning, implementation, and on-going maintenance of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, and Compensation Programs. • Consults with management and employees on Equal Employment Opportunity issues and charges. • Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees. • Fosters participation in employee satisfaction surveys and develops action pleans to remedy development areas.
