• Job Details:Manage employee attendance and leave tracking (manual and system-based). Process payroll inputs including delays, penalties, loans, vacations, and overtime. Coordinate with the finance department on monthly payroll finalization. Handle post-salary disbursement issues and resolve employee complaints. Responsible for social insurance registration and termination (form 1 & form 6), and follow-up with insurance offices. Maintain and update employee files and HR databases. Conduct onboarding sessions, explain job details, and ensure contract signing for new hires. Support in recruiting blue-collar and white-collar positions.
