Project Manager for 5G – Project.  Manage all projects related to Packet Switches Core (New equipment, Expansions ,Swap) (EPC & NFV-5GC including AMF , SMF and UDG ).  Manage and Lead a team of PS team in software maintenance for the packet core network 2G /4G / 5G related elements which include: a. Software verification, feature testing and implementation of software upgrades b. Capacity planning, dimensioning, and implementation of the new and expansion of existing network elements . c. Design and implementation of the network architecture of Packet Core Network and the network configuration of the office data that is defined in the respective network elements. d. Troubleshooting of the network elements with the Operations team.  Leading the team in drafting of tenders and evaluation, and implementation of the chosen  Coaching, motivating and development of staff.  Departmental goal-setting and performance management  Identification of training needs.  Construction of work tea
