• Job Details: Manages Warehouse with area of 4000 m2 with servicing to 25 outlets daily as SOP.  Storage capacity of more than 1000 SKU which includes Grocery, Detergents, House ware, Garments  Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures  Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layout, inspecting equipment, issuing requisitions for replacement  Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.  Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling data storage system  Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning and monitoring, appraising job results..  Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work result.  Following up with suppliers concerning delivery times Monitors and manages all aspects  Monitors, on a daily basis, the inventory and codes of all products in the warehouse to ensure proper rotation and traceability of all items.  Achieves objectives scheduling expenditures analyzing, initiating corrective actions

• Job Details: Managed the warehouse with area of 3000 Sqm and 10 Distribution Vehicles  Coordination with all location and channels  Ensures all transactions are recorded timely and accurately, to reflect a correct inventory  Manage and undertake planning sessions with the sales team to review set objectives, this include damage, Market return, product loss and shrinkage.  To monitors and manages all aspects of employee performance in supply chain Team.  Overall cleanliness of products and work areas  Ensures full compliance with all quality assurance standards, especially good housekeeping  Handled continuously local and international vendors and enforce the highest compliance and quality standards are maintain  Managed a team of Functional supervisor – Store-Keepers and Dept.
