• Job Details:Working on software application like Opus, LMS, Pass AMS, FortiClient AMS, and other software apps. Following up emails - request working with onshore/front office/client, clearing inboxes and pending requests. Preparing bill of lading manifest from the client’s request. Bill of lading check BDC rate fillings any issue sending to front offices. Working on special reefer and awkward containers booking. Manual and e-request, sending draft to clients via e-mail. Instructions given by clients as per request within 16-hours TAT from the time of received. Amendment/correction any change request as per the latest bill. Checking documents received from clients and agents. If any details missed in bill, BDC will be on hold, we will raise a query to onshore/front offices. Check the clients from blacklisted list. Preparing trade invoices and also GST invoices. Maintaining client’s data and VIP clients on priority. Completing day to day targets allocated by senior manager. Meetings with onshore/front office live chats with clients and agents regarding queries and updates. Working on PH batteries and trade invoices for PH region. Generating invoices for Cambodia and debit note for Vietnam after vessel sale and adding exchange rate in LMS. Generating invoices for Singapore shipments and other regions also. Generating Kuehne Nagel invoices sending to clients and customers. Working on MSC shipments sending invoices to clients before vessel arrival on destination port.
