• Job Details:Hospitality Business Unit - Management Role Reporting to: CEO - Job Description: - Established the Hospitality sector, and created the Business plan and initiated the essential relationships with Clients/ Employers. Set the Division’s visions, objectives & deliverables. Study the P&L, and build the qualified Core team to operate the awarded Projects under the Division’s Management. - Plan & achieve the financial targets, and work on the financial statement that summarizes the revenues, costs, and expenses incurred during a specified period and/or a fiscal quarter or year. Work on Cost Management Control and monitor the Capex & Opex on time basis. - Liable for the Profit & Loss statement that shows the business generates; responsible for the collections & receivables, and work on the cash flow plan to monitor & control the changes in accounts over a set period. Overview the balance sheet to manage the company’s owns & owes at a single cutoff date. - Build & manage all the division’s sections required for operation, such as Business development, Contracts Administration & Commercial, Planning, Engineering & Technical, Estimation & Procurement, Logistics, and Construction. - Direct the Projects stages/ framework and set the deliverables with the relevant stakeholders, starting from the Client’s interface during the pre-tender stage, Estimation Management & Bidding, Contracts Management, to the post-tender Stage, Engineering & Technical Management, Procurement route, and operations till the closing out process. - Determine and Manage the Development plans & implementation, and work on the risk analysis with the relevant team and setup the risk response plan. - Chair the Board Meetings to present the business plans and achievements periodically, and represent the firm on several external events, and liaise to open the global channels with varies business partners in order to establish the partnership business relations.
