• Job Details:Responsible for E-commerce accounts the official website store, NOON and AMAZON platforms. • Listing products on 3 different websites, adding (images, &all details about the products) • Generating sales reports weekly and monthly • Making analysis about products’ margin to apply promotions effectively. • Working directly with designing team and social media team to design and apply every campaign. • Working directly with warehouse and supply chain team making sure that order dispatching in daily bases to customers & following up with shipping company about orders. • Responsible for online warehouse digitally. • Resolve and discover any potential issue may happen at any platform. • Responsible for every invoice for each order dispatch from our warehouse to customers. • Assume all responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day e-commerce operations by effectively managing Leads and Associate • Work with direct reports to execute the accurate processing of e-commerce orders • Oversee inventory levels to ensure they meet customer demand • Directly manage applicable controllable expenses and identify opportunities to increase contributions to create and execute an action plan to capitalize on opportunities • Regularly communicate with Leaders to discuss strengths, opportunities, and trends in business • Achieve the e-commerce financial performance goals, such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order • Ensure e-commerce team operates in accordance with company policies and procedures • Consistently create a positive customer experience with all e-commerce orders • Escalate more complex customer service issues to Manager • Working with designing team to make all designs at front page.
