• Job Details:*Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications. *Handling the project during tendering phase (studying the technical requirements and preparing the proposal according to client requirements). *Preparing technical & financial quotation offers and contractors. *Prepare relevant schedules for issue. *Producing sample for presentation to clients. * Visiting many sites to check on progress.

Designer & Project DeveloperFull Time

• Job Details:*Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client. *Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines. *Design architectural elements as required. *Design & Presentations for several projects . *Controlling a project from start to finish. *Keep up to date with new innovation in the field.
