• Job Details:• Responsible for the budgeting and cost management of the project. Interfacing with the Procurement, Engineering and Finance Departments, develop and maintain a detailed cost control system and regularly perform analytical reviews and checks of cost reporting documentation, and present cost status illustrating budgets with saving or cost overrun and forecast updates. • Responsible for reviewing and approval for projects’ material requisition to ensure that the requested Quantities within the takeoff and ensure that the requested items have a BOQ or variation reference. • Responsible for the process of preparing, issuance and approval of projects’ invoices and any documents Accompanied with cost impact e.g. Variation orders. • Responsible for coordinating meetings with consultant to review, discuss and approve the submitted invoices and variation orders, in addition to conduct site visits to verify site progress that reflected in the invoices. Attending regular commercial meeting with projects parties to discuss projects’ commercial issues and its status. • Routinely analyze, evaluate projects’ Commercial and financial status. • Internal Reporting-projects commercial and financial status (includes: invoices and variations status, cash flow update ,Procurement follow up and LGs status). • Assisting Project Management with Contractual issues/interpretations.

PROJECTS CONTROL ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:• Working with the client and the engineering team to determines project objectives and contributes to the development of a comprehensive project plan. Then outline project requirements and assign tasks to the team. • Responsible for the budgeting and cost management of the project. Interfacing with the Procurement, Engineering and Finance Departments, develop and maintain a detailed cost control system and regularly perform analytical reviews and checks of cost reporting documentation, and present cost status and forecast updates to the Project Management and client. • Establishes a schedule for the project and monitors its progress. • Routinely analyze, evaluate and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule, assessing the impacts of design or construction changes to the schedule, then report the status of schedule to appropriate project and Company management, as well to the client. • Coordinate all work on the project, ensuring that objectives are met within budget. • Conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any potential and critical issues, then work with the teams to recommend recovery plans, and update the schedule and budget accordingly
