QA/QC Area Supervision Manager / Resident Certified Supervision Consultant Full Time

• Job Details:- Company: Private Title: Area QA/QC Supervision Manager / Resident Certified Supervision Consultant Date: Jul. 2012 Present Project: Villas, Private buildings, Including: Steel Structures, Steel concrete Constructions, Landscape, Services, Sheds, Fences, Underground networks, Soft & hard landscape, Swimming pools. Duties: • Supervise, review & Implement Quality Assurance & Control aspects for all work activities for all parties '' Subcontractors, Suppliers, Vendors, etc. '', for all projects • Review Preparation of projects specific QC plans, ITP and method statements. • Manage proper reviews on all submittals, shop drawings, certificates of compliance and material samples. • Ensure that projects staffed with adequate number and types of QC personnel. • Provide effective leadership for QC personnel at the projects. • Review all QC reports. • Implement recording, filing and reporting system of QC works. • Review and Coordinate and monitor all quality control testing. • Manage quality control to concrete batch plants and concrete constituent materials. • Ensure that all quality levels were achieved, maintained and fully documented. • To ensure that materials tests are appropriately undertaken following required specification, Standards and Authority Requirements. • To ensure that all construction activities are undertaken as per approved Drawings/Method Statements and ITPs. This includes appropriate surveillance to ensure that appropriate documents are present at the right locations. • Preparation of all quality control documentation required for final handover. • Ensure that all non-conformance reports, surveillance reports and stop work orders raised by quality control site personnel were fully actioned and closed out. • Ensure all materials delivered to site inspected and conform to specified requirements. • Conduct quality audits to subcontractors and suppliers. • Ensure that all corrective action reports raised during audits and assessments were fully actioned and cleared for all parties '' Subcontractors, Suppliers, Vendors, etc. ''. • Evaluate QC system for effectiveness, efficiency and capability. • Advise the project manager and obtain Client approval for the corrective actions for unsatisfactory works. • Review tender documents and give input regarding QC activities/ requirements.
