• Job Details:• Project and Document Control o Set up and manage support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication. o Produce consolidated reporting to the Project Board, including key issues, risks, benefits, and summary of costs incurred. o Assist project sponsors, managers and teams by providing a framework for them to operate within. The framework typically includes processes, standards, coaching/education and references. • Procurement o In charge of creating, managing and controlling contractors. o Preparing and submitting RFQ documents. o Screening all contractors for prospective bidders. • Accounts receivable and payable o Generate invoices and following-up with payments using QuickBooks software. o Organized PO’s for vendors with the Purchasing dept. o Prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports. • Human Resources o Responsible for attendance of employees for the Cairo and Calgary offices. o Processed work permit applications for employees to travel between our Cairo and Calgary offices. o Tracking of all employee documentations and personal information.
