Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Working as a Maintenance Manager for the production lines equipment/infrastructure with the following tasks: ➢ Leading the maintenance team in troubleshooting, maintaining and making corrective actions to the production line equipment, infrastructure and facilities. ➢ Preparing the preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment. ➢ Issue a monthly report including analysis for stoppage time per machine- maintenance cost per product –breakdown analysis- breakdown diagnoses - corrective action taken. ➢ Preparing risk assessment reports. ➢ Do safety audit to all production lines, and make corrective actions if needed. ➢ Making MTTR and MTBF analysis for production line equipment and machines. ➢ Join a team in purchasing the new machinery, putting specifications, making machine reception in Egypt and overseas. ➢ Installing new machines and new production lines. ➢ Responsible for identifying and purchasing the required spare parts. ➢ Contact spare parts suppliers in Egypt and overseas. ➢ Managed successfully establishing new warehouse for the spare parts. ➢ Setting the annual maintenance budget with the plant manager. ➢ Organize with the plant manager annual training schedules for maintenance stuff. ➢ Distributing workload over the maintenance staff. ➢ Instructing, and evaluating the maintenance staff.
