• Job Details: Working in 3 languages : French, English and Arabic ;  In charge of the future recruitment activity OLEO consultants ;  Definition of profiles required in collaboration with Business Managers ;  Preparation, writing and broadcasting of vacancies ;  Sourcing of internal and external databases ;  Identification of potential candidates (qualification of CVs) ;  Realization of phone, Skype and physical interviews ;  Wages’ negotiations with candidates ;  Reception and Integration of new employees ;  Weekly reporting ;  Development of recruiting database of candidats“Viviers” (cooptation, social networks, relationships with Schools ...) ;  Preparing different excel sheets of the candidats, the clients and the job offers ;  Translation of contracts ;  Contacts with different embassies to recognize and facilitate the procedures of Visa.
