Decreasing Seat air freight shipments costs by 37% on two steps during 2016/2017 and the courier freight by 45%.  Decreasing lead time for air shipments to 12 days instead of 21 days.  Decreasing lead time for sea shipments to 45 days instead of 65 days and applying telex release.  Reducing demurrage and storage costs for air & sea shipments by 42%  Coordinating with the workshops to cover any shortage or wrong diagnosis by a small airfreight order on weekly basis.  Improve the customs clearance time by registering Volkswagen ISO 9001 certificates at customs authorities and apply visual inspection instead of samples testing.
