• Job Details:• Specialist in SIEMENS Automation Technology. • Diagnosis, maintenance, installing and programming SIEMENS automation products like -PLCs, SCADAs, Touch Panels and Drives-. • Draw wiring diagrams for control panels using Eplan, AutoCAD. • Upgrading old control systems to SIEMENS S7 PLC & SCADA systems. • Immigrating old SIEMENS S5 PLC systems to SIEMENS S7 PLC systems. • Train client’s maintenance staff on SIEMENS SIMATIC© Manager for both levels basic & advanced course, creation and developing SCADA systems, also for creating Industrial Networks like; Profibus, ASI, Ethernet communication protocols. • Worked with a wide range of clients in many fields such as beverages, foods, metal work, plastic injection, marble and pharmaceutical industries. • Prepare technical offers for clients. • Did many successful projects and maintenance visits. The most important projects I did during this period: o Upgrading RTG crane to SIEMENS S7 PLC & SCADA system –the system contains 4 PLC stations, 2 Touch Panels & 4 Control Technique DC drives. These all are connected via Profibus communication. WinCC flex. SCADA connected to PLC’s CPU via Ethernet communication-. Client: Alexandria container and cargo handling co., Alexandria, Egypt. o Upgrading Cutter machine to SIEMENS S7-1200 and Delta servo system –the main idea was position control for the feeding distance using Delta servo system & Delta touch panel-. Client: Bavaria Egypt co., Cairo, Egypt. o Training Maintenance staff on SIEMENS SIMATIC Manager & S7-300 PLC –basic and advanced levels-. Client: Coca-Cola Egypt co., Cairo, Egypt. o Editing SIEMENS PLC program to add the 5th tank to the yoghurt production line –editing GEA S7-300 program & Wonderware SCADA system program to do the same function & interact with the other tanks normally-. Client: Best of France factory (President), Obour, Cairo, Egypt.
