• Job Details:project engineer in QNB & CAE branches : Responsible for keeping the Operation Continuance of the Project within the Client's Standard Targets. •Follow up daily preventative maintenance & corrective maintenance tasks . •Organize, Coordinate and Manage with the Supervisors the day-to-day Operations in the Projects besides providing the required Technical Support for Main Issues. •Prepare Technical Reports, Incident Reports and required Documentations. •Prepare BOQ, Electrical & mechanical Shop Drawings & Specifications for the New Tasks. •Coordinate with the External Subcontractors for the Contract Agreements & follow up with them about the Performance & the Quality of the Service Level. • Project Engineer at the Contrack facility management in project (kayan) in the administrative capital: - Responsible for following up the operation and maintenance of chillers (which includes primary and secondary pumps, condensers, pressure readings, water temperatures to and from the chiller, as well as water temperatures to and from the cooling tower) and generators (which includes following up on voltage readings and testing generators on one day of each week by pregnancy test on it). All this equipment serves the army data center room. On performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on all systems servicing this room Making a monthly report of the number of operating hours for all equipment, fuel consumption for generators tank monthly and daily , and cooling tower water, and making a report for them Follow-up of the work of cooling devices in the data center rooms, which is called the CRAH unit, and follow-up the temperature and humidity levels of the room. And follow-up to the Sweet Gear Panel when the power cut out and the entry of one source instead of another source
